Quotes

Prices depend on the actual sizes, the material and how the curtains are operated. The final quote is issued after measuring and is valid for the period stated in it.

Measuring and production

We work from the measurements our technician takes. If customers provide their own measurements, they are responsible for their accuracy.

Installation and delivery

The installation date is set once the order is approved, and we will tell you in advance about any change.

Warranty

The warranty period and what it covers are stated in the quote or invoice for each product. The warranty does not cover misuse or changes made by others.

Cancellation

Made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
